   My name is Arthur Broslat and I am a successful specialist in land and waterfront property in the zone from Bradenton to Charlotte Harbor including  Sarasota, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Nokomis, Venice, Port Charlotte, South Gulf Cove, Punta Gorda, Placida and Cape Haze.

   I have BS and MBA degrees from Penn State University. I was a captain in the US Air Force during Vietnam. My work experience includes senior executive positions at Bank of America and Pulte Homes. At Pulte, I specialized in land acquisition. I lived in Argentina and Venezuela for several years ( and my wife is Argentine ) so my Spanish is fluent. Please enjoy my website.
